On Friday, February 24th, PS Family NYC hosted our fourth Professional Learning Day of the school year. Family Child Care providers gained knowledge and training hours in the early childhood field, along with tips on how to adequately run their day care business.
80 affiliated providers from all walks of life were in attendance. The training workshops for the day were: How to Promote your Daycare Business, Positive Reinforcement in Early Childhood Settings, How to make your Business Profitable, and Refrain from The Restraint: The Use of Restrictive Devices.
Our affiliated providers shared their stories and their experiences. We value their professionalism and their will to continue growing and learning as Family Child Care Providers.
