Yesterday, we hosted a live stream event that truly embodied the spirit of Latin Heritage Month. It was a delightful gathering of our dedicated providers, networks, staff, and, of course, the children, who enthusiastically embraced the celebration.
The heart of our celebration was a captivating storytime session led by our Education Director. She chose a wonderful book titled “De Colores” that truly captured the essence of the occasion. The children were spellbound as she read this engaging story, creating a connection between the generations and igniting their imaginations. This was a touching moment where Latin heritage was lovingly passed down through the pages of a book.

The magic of the event continued when the children, inspired by the story and the spirit of Latin Heritage Month, started dancing to the rhythms of Latin music. With their providers’ support and encouragement, the kids danced and sang along to traditional Latin songs. Their joy was infectious, reminding us all of the power of culture, tradition, and unity.
